Shipping & Delivery
What are your delivery fees like?
It is $10 for islandwide delivery. Delivery is free for orders above $100!
We offer next day shipping with an order cut off timing at 1pm the day before. (Next day shipping option is not applicable for pre-order products. All pre-order products are available for delivery on Wednesday(s) and Saturday(s) only.)
What are your delivery days and what time can I expect to receive my order?
We delivery everyday (with the exception of some public holidays) and you can choose to receive your order between the following time slots:
11am to 2pm
2pm to 5pm
5pm to 8pm
Do you do same day deliveries?
Unfortunately, we do not do same day deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally.
How do you ensure that the seafood stays fresh during shipping?
We use specially designed packaging and insulation to ensure that our seafood stays fresh during shipping.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or late?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Can we do a pick up of our orders?
Unfortunately, we do not have self collection of orders as an option.
Can I specify a time I want to receive my orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to specific timing requests within your selected time slot. For example, we cannot cater to a 230pm request despite your 2pm to 5pm slot selection.
Can I change my delivery address after order confirmation?
Yes you can, as long as you inform us 24 hours in advance.

What happens if no one is home to receive my items?
If no one is around to receive the delivery, we will leave it at the doorstep and shall not be liable for accidental or loss or damage to the products.
Am I able to come down to your warehouse to make a walk-in purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-in customers.
What do I do if there are missing items from my delivery?
Do reach out to us immediately at +6585038093 or email us at hello@naughtymonger.com and share with us your order ID so we can assist you promptly.
What should I do if I did not receive my order?

We will respond as an urgent matter case if it is past 6pm (our daily operating hours) to rectify the missing order issue.

We offer a variety of seafood products, including fish, shellfish, and other seafood items. Our selection includes both fresh and frozen products.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we are committed to sourcing our seafood products from sustainable and responsible sources. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that our products meet our high standards for sustainability and quality.
How is the seafood processed and prepared before shipping?
Our seafood is carefully cleaned, prepared, and packed before shipping. We follow strict quality control procedures to ensure that our products are fresh and safe to eat.
Do you charge GST on your products?
All prices shown are already inclusive of tax.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website. Simply add your items to cart, select your preferred date and time slot for delivery, make the payment and you’re all set! Do lookout for your order confirmation email.
Do note that some products are not eligible for next day delivery and are on pre-order basis to provide the best quality for you.
Pre-orders: Delivers only on Wednesday(s) and Saturday(s), 1 week ordering lead time.
Can I amend my order after it’s been confirmed?
Yes you may, as long as you inform us 48 hours in advance! We will do our best to help you with the changes. There is a strict no order amendment policy for pre-ordered items (Bafun Uni, Tuna, etc).
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we offer discounts to new customers and a rewarding referral and loyalty program. Be sure to also sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date on our latest offers.

Yes, it is safe to order seafood online. We follow strict safety and quality control procedures to ensure that our products are fresh and safe to eat. We also use secure payment processing and encryption to protect your personal and payment information.
Where can I buy your products?
We are currently only accepting orders through our website!
Do I need to sign up as a customer to place an order?
No you don’t have to! But it’ll be good if you do! Only customers who have signed up for an account will be eligible for our rewards program.
What if my pre-order items are unavailable?
We will try our best to ensure fulfilment of these items. However, as these items are imported directly on an indent basis, if due to any unforeseen external circumstances these items are unavailable, we will issue a full refund of the item to your original mode of payment.
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive any email, kindly check your spam folder. If there is no confirmation email there, do reach out to us and we will assist you with it.

Can I add on to my existing order?
Yes you can, do inform us through email with your order number and we will issue an invoice for any add ons. Do note that the additions to your order will only be confirmed after we have received your payment.
What happens if I forget to key in my discount code upon checking out?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you the difference of the discount. You may use your discount code on your next purchase instead!

Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your package. We may offer a refund, or store credit depending on the situation. Kindly go through our refund policy here

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. Please provide any photo evidence along with your request.
