Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Naughty Monger, we take pride in the excellence of our products and strive for our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. However, we recognize that there may be situations where a refund becomes necessary. Kindly review our refund and cancellation policy thoroughly to comprehend our procedure and approach to addressing these circumstances.

Refunds

Owing to food safety concerns and the perishable nature of seafood, we do not accept returns for refund purposes. 

We enforce stringent criteria to guarantee quality and uniformity are preserved. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are as precise as possible. Nevertheless, since human processing is involved, weight discrepancies may occur compared to the stated weight. Consequently, we will not offer refunds for such inconsistencies.

If you wish to dispute the quality of a product, you must do so within 24 hours, accompanied by photographic evidence. Disputes will be evaluated on an individual basis. We reserve the right to reject unfounded claims lacking photo support.

Our skilled professionals process our fillets to minimize bone presence. However, due to human error, small bones may still be found in the fillets, which could go unnoticed during processing. Therefore, Naughty Monger is not liable for bone occurrence in fish and will not issue refunds in such cases.

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or shipping carrier delays. We are not accountable for shipping delays and will not issue refunds in such cases. 

If no one is around to receive the delivery, we will leave it at the doorstep and shall not be liable for accidental or loss or damage to the products

We will always inform you in advance if items in your order are out of stock. However, if a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we reserve the right to issue a refund due to its unavailability.

If we have delivered an incorrect item or omitted an item from your order, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a refund. We strictly do not redeliver missing items.

We strictly do not provide refunds for changes in our item packaging.

Refunds, if approved by Naughty Monger, will be processed through the original payment method. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your entire order*, you may do so up to 2 days (48 hours) before delivery and receive a refund. Any orders* cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

*pre-order items (Such as Bafun Uni, Otoro, Chutoro and Akami) are strictly non-refundable.

While we endeavor to accommodate our customers' requests to the best of our abilities, please note that by placing an order with us, you unconditionally understand and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
